Yennicott Oysters was founder in 2013 by a 10th generation Long Island family with a kinship to the sea. Keeping the traditional alive we sustainably farm in Shelter Island Sound & Peconic Bay.

Cam grew-up on a wheat farm in Australia's outback before heading to Sydney for work. Looking for more adventure he moved to the States and married a Long Islander girl. North Fork became his home and together they started Yennicott Oysters trading in his combine harvester for a Garvey
